Welcome to the 2020 LITHYAA Season! The LITH Youth Athletic Association is thrilled to host our summer season of baseball! Here are some updates for the season:

1. Games: Games started on July 11th. Note that most age groups will also be playing with the CDBL League out of Plato Center (extreme west Elgin). We'll have a mix of games at both LITHYAA facilities and CDBL fields. Be sure to check with your coach for schedules and locations.
2. Picture Day: Picture day is scheduled for Sunday, July 26th. Weather permitting we will be doing photos outdoors at Sunset Park.  Also our Photograph vendor will be taking individual pictures only and then constructing a team photo out of the individual images to ensure proper distancing.
3. Playoffs: We are planning to have playoffs the week of August 24th
4. League Guidelines: We have updated the guidelines as of July 11th for how to help us all stay healthy while we enjoy our season. The season guidelines and age group rules can be found on our rules page located here or the guidelines document is also available on the right side of our homepage.

We've begun constructing our new LITHYAA website, which we aim to switch to later this fall.  The new site promises to be more interactive and one that truly portrays the great community we live in and the families that make up our organization. That said, WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please email any photos you have that you'd be willing to have used on our new website to [email protected].

Thank you!

Here are our guidelines for the 2020 Season and how the league is addressing COVID and Social Distancing.
